Information we use
We collect information you give us when you request early access or contact us, including your name, work email address, agency or company, approximate number of properties managed, your messages and subsequent correspondence.
Our website and security providers may also process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser and device information, request timestamps and security signals. Cloudflare Turnstile does not receive the contents of the early-access form.

You can withdraw launch-marketing consent at any time by emailing us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.

How long we keep information
- Early-access information is kept until you withdraw consent or for up to 24 months after our last meaningful interaction with you.
- General correspondence is normally kept for up to 24 months after the matter closes.
- Security and technical records are normally kept for up to 12 months, unless they are needed longer to investigate an incident or meet a legal requirement.
- We may retain a minimal suppression record after you unsubscribe so we can respect your preference and demonstrate compliance.
We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected.
Your data protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask us for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object to processing. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. These rights are not absolute and exemptions may apply.
We do not use information collected through this launch website to make solely automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
